Privacy Policy

Summary: Our apps store the data you create on your device. SubTrack, QuickNote, Nestly Family and FlashLight keep everything fully on-device and never transmit it. FitTrack also stores your data on your device, but its AI features (food-photo recognition, AI coach, and workout/diet plan generation) send the input you provide to our secure backend so a result can be calculated and returned. We do not sell your personal data.
1. Introduction
This privacy policy applies to the following applications developed by oknUnlu ("we", "our"):
SubTrack A personal expense and subscription tracking application.
QuickNote A note-taking and task management application.
FitTrack An AI-powered calorie counter and fitness assistant (barcode & photo food recognition, AI workout & diet plans, macro & water tracking, body measurements, and health-app integration).
Nestly Family A family organizer for shared calendars & events, habits, a personal journal, important dates, daily routines and shopping lists.
FlashLight A simple flashlight (torch) application that turns your device's camera flash on and off.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data across all of our applications.
2. Data Collection & Storage
SubTrack, QuickNote, Nestly Family and FlashLight do not collect any personal data. All information you enter is stored locally on your device only and never leaves your device or is transmitted to any server. FitTrack also stores your data locally on your device; the limited cases in which some data is sent to a server for processing are described in Sections 3, 4 and 5.
SubTrack stores:
- Expense records and transaction history
- Subscription details
- Budget settings
- App preferences (currency, language, theme)
Data is stored using an on-device SQLite database.
QuickNote stores:
- Notes (title, content, formatting preferences)
- Note categories and favorite status
- Task lists and completion status
- Images attached to notes (stored locally on device)
- App preferences (theme, language)
Data is stored using on-device AsyncStorage.
FitTrack stores (on your device):
- Food and calorie logs, macros (protein, carbs, fat) and water intake
- Body measurements and weight history
- Workout logs and AI-generated workout/diet plans
- Goals and daily targets
- App preferences (units, language, theme)
Data is stored on-device using SQLite, AsyncStorage and Secure Store.
Nestly Family stores (on your device):
- Calendar events and reminders
- Habits and their completion history
- Journal entries and mood notes
- Important dates and countdowns
- Daily routine tasks
- Shopping list items
- Profile information and an optional profile photo (chosen from your gallery)
- App preferences (theme, language) and your in-app purchase status
Data is stored on-device using AsyncStorage. Nestly Family has no account system and no backend server; you can also export a local backup file that stays under your control.
FlashLight stores:
- No personal data is collected or stored.
- Only basic on-device app preferences (such as the last on/off state) may be saved locally.
FlashLight has no account system, no database of personal information, and no backend server.
FitTrack & health data:
With your permission, FitTrack can read health data — steps, heart rate, sleep, and active calories burned — from Apple Health (HealthKit) on iOS and Health Connect on Android. This data is used only to display information and perform calculations inside the app. It is not uploaded to our servers, sold, or shared with third parties. FitTrack reads this data only and does not write data back to these health platforms. You can revoke access at any time in your device's Health/Health Connect settings.
3. Analytics, Insights & AI Features
SubTrack, QuickNote & FlashLight: Any analysis or smart features operate entirely on your device. No data is sent to external AI services or cloud servers for processing. All calculations are performed locally.
FitTrack: Some features require server-side processing. When you use AI food-photo recognition, the AI coach/chat, or AI workout & diet plan generation, the relevant input you provide — for example a food photo, a scanned barcode, or the fitness details you enter — is sent over a secure connection to our backend (Google Firebase Cloud Functions) and to a third-party AI provider (Google's Gemini API) so that a result can be generated and returned to your device. Food photos are processed only to produce a nutrition estimate. This data is not used to build advertising profiles and is not sold. Your on-device logs (meals, measurements, workouts, etc.) are not continuously uploaded — only the specific input needed for the feature you actively trigger is transmitted.
4. Advertising
SubTrack, QuickNote, FitTrack, Nestly Family and FlashLight use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect certain device information and advertising identifiers to serve ads. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We have configured ads to request non-personalized ads only by default. In Nestly Family, advertisements can be permanently removed through a one-time in-app purchase.
Information that AdMob may collect includes:
- Device advertising identifier
- General device information (model, OS version)
- IP address (for approximate location-based ads)
5. Third-Party Services
Our apps use the following third-party services:

6. Permissions
SubTrack may request:
- Notifications - To send subscription renewal reminders (optional)
- Biometric Authentication - To protect app access with fingerprint/face (optional)
- Internet Access - Required for displaying advertisements
QuickNote may request:
- Photo Library Access - To attach images to your notes (optional)
- Calendar Access - To add tasks to your device calendar (optional)
- Internet Access - Required for displaying advertisements
FitTrack may request:
- Camera - To scan food barcodes and take food photos for AI recognition (optional)
- Location - To calculate accurate local prayer / suhoor & iftar times (optional)
- Health Data (Apple Health / Health Connect) - To read steps, heart rate, sleep and active calories (optional, read-only)
- Notifications - To send meal, water and reminder notifications (optional)
- Internet Access - Required for AI features, advertisements and purchases
Nestly Family may request:
- Photo Library Access - To choose a profile photo (optional)
- Notifications & Exact Alarms - To send reminders for your events, habits and important dates at the time you choose (optional)
- Biometric Authentication - To protect app access with fingerprint/face (optional)
- Internet Access - Required for displaying advertisements and processing in-app purchases
FlashLight may request:
- Camera - Required to control the device's camera flash (torch). FlashLight does not take photos, record video, or access your camera feed; the permission is used only to turn the flash on and off.
- Internet Access - Required for displaying advertisements
7. Data Deletion
You can delete your data at any time:
- SubTrack: Use the "Delete All Data" option in the app's Settings page.
- QuickNote: Delete individual notes and tasks within the app, or clear all app data through your device settings.
- FitTrack: Delete individual entries within the app, or use the data / account deletion option in Settings to remove your data, including any purchase-related records stored on our backend. You may also email us to request deletion.
- Nestly Family: Delete individual items (events, habits, journal entries, etc.) within the app, or clear all app data through your device settings. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
- FlashLight: FlashLight does not store any personal data. Clearing the app's data through your device settings will reset any local preferences.
Uninstalling any of our apps will also remove all locally stored data from your device.
8. Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
