Summary: Our apps (SubTrack & QuickNote) store all your data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers.

1. Introduction

This privacy policy applies to the following applications developed by oknUnlu ("we", "our"):

SubTrack A personal expense and subscription tracking application.

QuickNote A note-taking and task management application.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data across all of our applications.

2. Data Collection & Storage

Our apps do not collect any personal data. All information you enter is stored locally on your device only and never leaves your device or is transmitted to any server.

SubTrack stores:

Expense records and transaction history
Subscription details
Budget settings
App preferences (currency, language, theme)

Data is stored using an on-device SQLite database.

QuickNote stores:

Notes (title, content, formatting preferences)
Note categories and favorite status
Task lists and completion status
Images attached to notes (stored locally on device)
App preferences (theme, language)

Data is stored using on-device AsyncStorage.

3. Analytics & Insights

Any analysis or smart features in our apps operate entirely on your device. No data is sent to external AI services or cloud servers for processing. All calculations are performed locally.

4. Advertising

Both SubTrack and QuickNote use Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. AdMob may collect certain device information and advertising identifiers to serve ads. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We have configured ads to request non-personalized ads only by default.

Information that AdMob may collect includes:

Device advertising identifier
General device information (model, OS version)
IP address (for approximate location-based ads)

5. Third-Party Services

Our apps use the following third-party services:

6. Permissions

SubTrack may request:

Notifications - To send subscription renewal reminders (optional)
Biometric Authentication - To protect app access with fingerprint/face (optional)
Internet Access - Required for displaying advertisements

QuickNote may request:

Photo Library Access - To attach images to your notes (optional)
Calendar Access - To add tasks to your device calendar (optional)
Internet Access - Required for displaying advertisements

7. Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time:

SubTrack: Use the "Delete All Data" option in the app's Settings page.
QuickNote: Delete individual notes and tasks within the app, or clear all app data through your device settings.

Uninstalling either app will also remove all locally stored data from your device.

8. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
